Support Niches
Late Diagnosed ND's
Or self-identified. I have lived experience, personal research, proffessional training and multiple case studies that form my understanding of what it can be like to navigate a late diagnosis, and all the ways you (hopefully) seek to better accomodate yourself to access more life satisfaction and well-being.
CPTSD
Traditional PTSD symptoms alongside severe emotional dysregulation, a negative self-concept, and chronic difficulties in maintaining relationships stemming from prolonged, repeated trauma over months or years, such as prolonged childhood abuse/neglect or domestic violence.
Burnout Recovery & Accomodation
Burnout doesn't happen overnight, so it can take time to recover your capacity. Balancing accommodation with recovery helps address the immediate need for relief, while taking steps to restore your inner resources.
Sensory Sensitivities
Or sensitivity in general. The world can feel like a lot, but there are ways to build refuge, comfort, regulation and armor.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
While they feel terrifying, anxiety & overwhelm are the bodies cry for your attention. Somatic practices can teach you how to use a bottom-up approach to tune in and regulate your nervous system, instead of getting trapped in your mind, which is reacting to the arousal of your nervous system.
Depression & Identity Issues
Depression can come from exhaustion, but it can also be an indicator that your soul needs attention. There might be something in your life that you need to address or resolve. Rest and somatic practices are important, along with honest reflection, which can sometimes be more accessible with a grounded, safe 'other'.
My Approach
Safe space, regulation, listening, co-formulating a plan and supporting the process as needed.
