Holistic Coaching with Chris

Sometimes we need a grounded space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and figure out the best way forward.

My approach to coaching is collaborative and holistic: considering the mind, body, nervous system, environment and circumstances that shape your experience.

What might bring you here

Overwhelm & Burnout

Depleted capacity, chronic stress, sensory/executive overload, accommodation, nervous-system regulation, and rebuilding resources.

Self-Understanding & Neurodivergence

Late identification, self-identification, masking, sensory needs, eidentity crises, learning how your particular system works rather than continually trying to force yourself into approaches that don't.

Forward Momentum

Feeling stuck. A decision you're wrestling with. A habit or coping strategy that isn't serving you anymore. A relationship or boundary. Wanting change but not knowing what that change looks like yet.

You don't need to fit into any category or even arrive with a clearly defined goal. Sometimes figuring out what you need is part of the process.

My Approach

Regulate ~ Clarify ~ Move forward

Regulate & Resource

When your system is overwhelmed, it can be difficult to think clearly, make decisions, or create meaningful change. Sometimes the first step is creating enough safety and space to settle, be heard, and identify what might help restore some capacity.

Clarify & Understand

From there, we can get curious about what's happening beneath the surface. What are you experiencing? What do you need? What patterns, circumstances, expectations, or parts of yourself haven't been fully understood? Is something internal or external creating a barrier? Sometimes understanding what's at the core of an issue can help clarify what is needed to move forward.

Move Forward

Once we have a clearer picture, we can explore the best next steps. We map out an accessible way forward that honors your goals, capacity, needs and overall well-being. From there, we observe the process and adjust the path forward as needed.

A note about coaching

I am a trained life coach and psychology student, not a licensed counsellor or psychologist. My work is intended to support reflection, self-understanding, personal growth and practical change. It isn't a substitute for professional assessment, diagnosis, or treatment when those are needed.
